We are based on the beautiful garden island called Kauai! From the North to the South you can find our products in many of the local grocery stores and farmers markets.
Meet "Ulu Country Sourdough"
Our flagship loaf containing Ulu, a starchy fruit also known as "breadfruit", we use a locally-milled ulu flour from Resilient Roots; Which provides a nice earthiness and subtle nuttiness to our loaf!
